Hi Mag,

I presume the idea is workable as long as the rental from your landed is more than enough to cover the monthly instalment for the condo that you purchase.

Before that, i need to know the exact location of your landed so that i can estimate the rental.

Appreciate you contact me at 98628691  to discuss further.

Thanks.

Dear Mag,

As an investor's pt of view, if it is within your mean to buy a small condo to stay & rent out your existing landed, it is definitely a good idea to make your money work harder for you.

Property is considered a real asset and a good hedge against inflation. If you have a mortgage (liability) on your investment, inflation will reduce the value of your liability.

Besides rental will most likely increase due to inflation, thus increasing your income too :)

You can call me, I will show you.

Thank you.
