Hi,
I am running a company specializing in baby products and am looking for a light industrial area where is suitable for a warehouse + office + retail space.
Am interested in areas such as 1 Commonwealth and Tan Boon Liat building. Kindly advise if there are other areas in Singapore similar and what are the rates. Thanks!

How much are you prepared to pay for the premises and how big an area do you require? If I may ask, what is the reason for you to mention about 1 Commonwealth and Tan Boon Liat building so that I can take some pointers from these 2 choices and make other recommendations.
