HI i like to buy a condo unit in any flat, which area u think will have growth prospects,, budget around 100,000 sgd, how much can i get loan from bank if i could mortgage the property i buy there..

Also i am from india, how could i get a visa to take care of the property,, is there a chance for pr, i cannot stay in Singapore as i work abroad..

Hi Jay,

A new launch of 1 bedroom unit is around $5xxk, thus your budget of $100k is not going to get you any condo here in Singapore.
