Morning,

Under manner of holding, you can opt for tenancy-in-common. This is where you decide how have what percentage of the property. This would also mean that individually, you can sell away your respective shares of the unit, without the other owner's approval.

You can do as per your proposal, but please note the property will be subjected to foreigner's ABSD rate of 15% instead of 5% ABSD for SPR for first Singapore residential property.
