Your unit should be asking for around $410k to $450k. If you opt to purchase private property, you will only be eligible to purchase BTO unit after 30 months from sales of your private property.

Hi,

It should be around 400-450K depending on exact block and facing. If you purchase private property, and wish to move to a brand new BTO or EC later, you need to wait out a 30 month period after selling your private before you can apply. Thanks and hope to assist further.
