Hi Alex,
Before joining any real estate agency, you will need to pass the RES exams.
There are several agency. So it is a difficult decision to select one. Important is the mentor which you also need to know, as the mentor will be the one who will guide you, coach you and groom you to be a Top Achiever.
I have personally groom some of my agents to be Top New Achievers. Besides the mentor, it also depends on one's own determination and how hungry you want to succeed in this line.
