Hi all, I am interested to be a part time/full time property agent. Currently i am holding nitec cert however I just completed and passed my diploma from local polytechnic. The only problem is I haven't received my diploma cert yet due to just finish final exam last month. I will be receiving my local diploma cert most likely somewhere May this year. I am not too sure if I could be property agent or cant be one at all?
