Hi, I am thinking of a career chance. Currently looking at the possibility of becoming an agent for the private property market. Currently I do not possess any cert yet as I am still evaluating the opportunity for me. Can you advise how the commission work out between the agent and the company? Will be great if you can provide an Illustration.

Evening, As far as I know, marketing executive will start off with 70/30 commission split. As you make progress with your sales, this figure will then be adjusted to max of 90/10. As to how long it takes from marketing executive to director, it would depends on how hard you are working for it. With respect to evaluating the opportunity, it's likely to be more dependent how you are going to grab hold of it and what kind of team you are working with.
