Hi,

It takes approx 4 months from otp deposit to completion, assuming seller does not need extension and excluding time for home search. Yes there could be some 2-room for sale in yishun and woodlands area. Is your existing flat already or in the process of being sold? Is the final judgement out?

A resale HDB purchase transaction typically takes about 3.5 months to complete, if there is no request for delay in submission or completion. For price range of 2 room flats under $320,000, there should be some options for your considerations, but lease balance of these flats may not last you up to 95 years old thus loan and CPF usage may have restriction.
