hi im a SC and wife is a SPR with 2 kids both SC, we are currently living in NZ. We would like to purchase a RESALE HDB flat and move back to Singapore to reside. if we buy a resale HDB flat, how much grant are we entitled if both of our combine income are below 10k? thanks

If both you and your wife are first timers, you are eligible for a $30k grant or $40k grant if you are buying within 2km of your parents' place.

Evening Sean,

If you are first time HDB buyer and do not own any private property, your should be able to get $20k grant. However, if you are buying resale unit that's within the same estate as your parents, you can get $30k grant.
