May I know what is the motivation behind the sale of the Summerdale unit? If you are looking at today's market and asking in the project, you will realise that there are several similar units out in the market for sale at higher price that your enquiry. By breaking down your asking price, it is looking at approximately $750psf, which is pretty close to the last recorded transaction.

Hi Gordon,

950k is very realistic. But as your agent, of course I strive to achieve the highest as possible.

Will you be keen to obtain bank indicatives from bank to gauge whether is the bank able to support your asking?

This has been very relevant as currently banks are pretty conservative, asking and bank indicatives are pretty far off thus buyer has to give up the deal as they are unable to obtain a bank loan.

I am pretty familiar with Jurong as I have been staying here for almost three decades. Agent with good area knowledge will definitely be a great assistant to you.

The recent transaction for similar unit in your project is going at $940k and $960k. Hence your asking price is realistic. However, other factors like unit facing and condition of the unit does also affect the price.
