As per your concern is "which company is best for me", hence the major concern would be which sector you are looking at. Or are to open to all, grabbing the best for yourself.
Joining a reputable company, paired along with mentor who's willing to teach you to fish is important. Survival of the toughest is the principle in our industry. Passing the exam is a good start but a lot of the newbies ended with big team where the manager may not even know who are their associate.
