Hi Ko Kyaw,

For SPRs, first property purchase is 5% and for your second property purchase, you would need to pay ABSD (Additional Buyer Stamp Duty) of 30% on top of your BSD (Buyer Stamp Duty). Your stamp duty amount depends on the property purchase price.

Here is a brief breakdown of BSD + ABSD according to different purchase prices:

$1Million Property - BSD $24,600 + ABSD $300,000 - Total Stamp Duty = $324,600
$1.5Million Property - BSD $44,600 + ABSD $450,000 = Total Stamp Duty = $494,600
$2Million Property - BSD $69,600 + ABSD $600,000 = Total Stamp Duty = $669,600
