There are a number of Jumbo units available for sale in Bedok and Tampines area. Majority of these units are 3rm flat combined with 4 rm flat.
I will advise you to purchase a jumbo unit instead as they are considered 1 flat as compared to buying a unit first and wait for the neighbouring unit to be available for sale.
