I suppose you are looking for a working mentor with track records, but before we go into it, have you really identified what is the missing ingredient towards a more productive business for yourself over the items which you have listed in the query.

I believe all agencies have trainings which can benefit the associates on a weekly basis, whether company level, team level, group level or 1 to 1. The chemistry between the associate and his/her mentor plays a significant role in whether the agent can succeed or not.
