If I purchase a HDB property now, am I able to buy a condo or landed property at a later point in time and keep my HDB?

What are the restrictions if any?

Hi,

The only restriction is that you are require to fulfill the MOP of 5yrs after purchase a HDB flat, thereafter then you are able to purchase a condo/landed property.
