Hi i would like to be a property agent full time. However i ever had criminal records of my previous drug offence. But now i've already repented & turned over a new leaf. Do i still have the chance to start my career as a property agent? By the way i've been released from prison from 2008. Till now i've a clean record.

Dear friend

Every case is different, the best is let CEA determine if they will grant you the license.

Just like to encourage you that I know a personal friend who is now a successful agent. He did time in prison previously. He now has a big team of agents with him.

I've done some probation work via MCYS when I was younger. For ex-offender, the usually problem is not the past records, but rather the willingness to renew your mindset. If you are prepared to put down your past. I am more than willing to guide you. Give me a call and let's see if you have the right mindset to succeed as an agent. To succeed as an agent, you must take action.

Hey man, I was wondering if you managed to do it after all this years? Cause I'm a similar situation as you and I was wondering if you will be able to advise me. Thank you!!
