Hi,
i was divorced in 2014 and at that time my ex refuse to sell the flat.
So now I'm married and staying with my current husband's house. Just a few years ago, I came to know that my ex suffered stroke and due to that he was in the hospital for quite some time. Now I want to buy a flat with my husband but I cant as I got a flat in my name. Since my ex suffered a stroke, how to go about this. My ex family wanted his mom to be Signing as an Authorized Representative but I guess it got rejected. There is no more house loan.

Please advise what to do.
