Hi

It may be too early to start viewing, since your HFE is not out yet. Good attribute HDB resale flats typically sell quite quickly, and without the HFE letter you can't lock in any flat with deposit even though you may be keen. Suggest to commence closer to June when your HFE letter result is near.
