Hi Cheryl, I'm sorry that you can't purchase a resale HDB together with your brother. For PR, you can only do so with your spouse.

Joint single scheme are only eligible for unmarried / divorced SC, aged 35 and above, or widowed / orphan SC, aged 21 and above. Hence SPR are not eligible to purchase resale HDB unit under joint single scheme.
