Hi,

For resale HDB, both of you have to be of at least 3 years SPR before you can apply. For new EC, at least 1 needs to be Singapore Citizen.

However, you are eligible for resale EC or private condos. Will that be considered? Thanks and hope to have the opportunity to work with you.

You need to wait till both are more then 3 yrs SPR before you can buy a resales HDB.
You might want to consider buying a small condo if you are considering an EC cause you are not eligible for EC.

You might want to wait for another year if not your alternative will be to purchase a private property now.
