I am PR since 2002, can i buy a resale flat with my sons (7 yrs and 4 yrs) while my husband only occupant as he has property in Malaysia. Am i qualify to buy? The monthly instalment by CPF is from my cpf account or jointly with my husband as occupant? Thanks a lot

Morning Lui,

Non-citizen spouse scheme is only applicable to SC applicant with non PR spouse. As you are married, you are required to purchase HDB unit together with your partner. To purchase property with your child, they need to be 21 y/o or above who is also SC. However, you need to be a divorcee for this particular scheme.

Hi Ms Lui,

As your sons are not eligible to purchase a resale HDB with you due to they are minors, you are only allowed to purchase it with your husband if he is a PR/ SC.

If not, buying private property will be your option.
