hi, my family and i are all oversea due to work commitment. if i buy a resale flat without any grant. am i able to sublet t whole house immediately after i brought the flat?

As long as you show proof that the family will be overseas, you can sublet the entire flat.

Hi,

As mentioned yes you can and you can sublet your whole flat under special circumstances but subject to HDB approval. Chances are high but there are always low risk.
