Hi property agents.
I am 20 this year and I plan to register for the RES course once I turn 21 legally. However, would you guys suggest to quit my job after my license gets approved by CEA? Because I understand that for the first 6 months, there might not be any income as it will get tough. Also, is it advicable to join a big company (ERA, propnex etc) OR to join a small company as a fresh real estate agent? I would need some advice on becoming a property agents - Dos and Donts.
