Hi Property Guru,
Seller would like to have a temporary extension but they dont wish to apply from HDB and make me sign an agreement to allow them to have an extension of 3 months and 24 days from date of completion. I have signed the agreement without having knowledge of our completion date and HDB requirements as a first time buyer. What should i do now? I have already passed the resale application and now waiting to endorse documents. Should i inform HDB that sellers need extension or just keep quiet? Please help me.
