Hi Property Gurus,

I passed my July RES exam. The result was released last week. If I join a real estate agent now, Do I need to finish the 6 credit hours of CPD courses by end Sep? Cited from CEA website, CEA requires 6 to 8 weeks to process and evaluate an application for core CPD activity. It is not possible to finish all 6 by end Sep.

Morning James,

Congrats on passing the hurdle into our industry. Since you have just pass your RES, you are not required to clock the CPD points for this work year. Have you thought of joining any agency or team or do you already have something in mind?
