hi, should i sell my Caspian 2-bedroom apt now or wait to compare the price & see the response to the new Keppel's Lakeside property?

Hi,

that will depend if u are buying Lakeside as an investment or for own stay. If for own stay and u prefer Lakeside, then i suggest you should sell yr Caspian unless u are able to hold 2 properties. If for investment, it may be better to hold on to Caspian as Lakeside prices are likely to be more expensive.
