Hi, the minimum occupation period for my current 4-room flat will by 28th June 2012. In this case i would like to know when can i start to engage agents for house viewing and excerise the option to sell?

Afternoon Carmen,

It would depends on your unit's location, asking price and facing. Some units go within 1 day of marketing while some can take up to 5 to 6 months. Whatever the case, if you are dead sure of your MOP date being on 28th June, tyr not to exercise any time earlier than 1st June, to ensure that your MOP is being fulfilled before the 1st appointment.
