There is a new development "The beverly" @Toh tuck Road, freehold, and cost $900 psf. Is this a good buy at this point in time, given the financial downtrend ?

It is located very near High oaks which is by FEO and 99 yr lease hold, and high oak resale is asking for $600 psf for units that are at least 7 year old.
