Hi there,

Suppose my partner and I would like move in a resale HDB flat next December 09. How soon should we apply for the HLE from the HDB, Dec 08 or March 09? As i understand that the loan would only be valid for 3 months upon approval, so when is the best time to apply for one?

Go to HDB Hub Toa Payoh, take a queue no. & speak directly to a HDB Customer Officer. List down all the questions prior to the meeting.
