Hi,

Was browsing through some condo sales and saw that some condos on sale are as old as 20 years.

May I know if it's a good investment to purchase these aged condos? Will the value depreciate as time goes by?

What happen once a condo reaches 99 years old?

I am Bryan from ERA. What Wilson explained is true. And as you have concern over the age of the property, similarly other will have the same concern hence the potential is affected.
