I'm thinking of selling my current 2-bedroom condo apartment and upgrade to a 3 bedroom condo apartment (to be near to my son's school).

Given current market conditions and various cooling measures, how long should I expect the entire process to typically take from the time i start marketing my existing 2BR to the time I finally move into the new place (assuming i'll have to sell first, then buy)?

Good evening,

For the sale aspect, your unit location, sizing, asking price and condition of the unit will play a vital role in how fast I can secure a buyer for you.
As for the purchase aspect, it would be much easier as it would typically take nothing more than 4 months to complete.

Do feel free to contact me for detail discussion.
