There is no easy way out im selection of salesperson. In general, the entire marketing platform engaged by salesperson are the same, from internet media marketing to classified advertisements on papers. It is actually advisable to speak to a handful of salesperson to find out how they carry out their business of marketing a property to be convinced that they are the right team or individual to do so. There are pros and cons in having more than 1 salesperson in the assignment, for example duplicated appointments resulting in wasting everyone's time in setting up for the appointment, and probably compromise in the final transacted price since we will be competing for buyers.
