Hi, we are planning to move to Singapore from Japan in the next two months. However, my son is going to go there next month for study.

Is it possible to secure a rental property from abroad without being in Singapore in person? My plan is that my son can immediately enter the property once he’s there and we will follow him a couple of months later.
