Yes you can purchase under the Single Singaporean Citizen Scheme. First it would be good to ascertain the budget, may I know the cash / CPF OA you are ready to use for the property? Next will be good to know how much loan is attainable (be it HDB or Bank Loan). You can apply for the HDB HLE on the hdb website, or I can assist to calculate for the attainable bank loan amount.
The Intent to Buy can be done online in 10 minutes. The whole resale process will take approximately 3.5 months to complete. If the seller requires extension, it may be 6.5 months before you can get the keys of your new place, so its good to start early now.
