Firstly, you need to fulfil MOP before you can purchase a 2nd property. Both city gate and sims have their pros and cons, it depends on your requirements. Citygate is more investment oriented and the numbers make sense, but if you are looking for comfortable living environment sims will have a stronger case. Hi Ms Chen, I would recommend CityGate. Not all projects are rare and will be a good buy and just like when purchasing an aircon or a fridge, one will tend to purchase one with the most ticks as it would meant to be energy savings as well as cost savings.
