Afternoon Lee,

Since you are about to placed an offer, why don't you ask your salesperson about the possible use of the vacant land, based on the Master plan or the Land Lot allocation? Make full use of your salesperson since he's representing you.

Hi Lee, what Mike said is correct, there is a masterplan which you should be able to refer to it on the URA website.

but for sure empty land in Singapore will eventually be sold and developed, hence it is always preferrable to buy developments that you will be fairly certain what you see is what you get - like seaview, reservoir view, or no view (look at other condo etc). The salesperson representing you will best advise you on this matter.

Cheers,
