Hi, what would be the estimate price of the sale of an old landed property, semi detached, at Wishart Road, off Morse Road, about 5 mins from Vivo City, ie it's prime location & freehold. Is it a good time to sell? Thanks for your expert advice.

Evening Reb,

The last transacted price in 2011 was at $2.93mil. This spells $782psf for the sales. It would be good to get a bank to gauge on the pricing before deciding.

It would ready boils down to what you are looking at on this sales. Cashing out and invest further or acheiving certain prices in mind to make the best worth of your property but without further plans.
