How much the valuation price for Jurong East ST24 BLK257 to 260 3 room flat & from mid floor start.Get the infor frm HDB web site that in Nov BLK245 sold out price is @ S$298k w COV.Same location the other valuation can up to S$300K,the owner can ask price up to S$360K.Is that really got buyer will pay the amount espcially now econy is slow down.
