Based on CEA ruling, as long as you are not carrying the CEA card, you are not allowed to perform any roles related to property sales. I'm sure your manager would be able to assist you accordingly.

You would need to display your CEA license when conducting viewings, however you could assist licensed agents with some backend work like basic telemarketing and flyer distribution.

Hi

If you have not receive your license, you are not a license agent. If you are not a license agent, you cannot conduct real estate related activities.

However, a good manager can start coaching you and getting you to start researching and preparing yourself for agent work. One of my new agent close a sale & a rental on the 1st day he received his license.
