Hi, would like to rent a 2 bedroom condo stayin with my family of 3 kids n mum. But the one plus one deposit causes problem for us. Would like to ask whether there is any chances the one month deposit to be paid by installlment, meaning every week pay a portion of the rental fees for the first month?

If you gave 1 month deposit and 1 mth advance rental, I am sure some landlords are willing to consider collecting the 2nd month deposit in a few installments. Try to negotiate.
