Hi.. I am a single with my mother urgently looking a flat cos currently stay with my brother rental house contract is finished.. I have no money to engage an agent...is there anyway I can get 4room flat with my cpf? ive already apply for hle

Hi Shah, most units now have at least $20K COV, and even with HLE, you need to pay 5% of the valuation with cash, you can only use 15% of your valuation from your CPF.
