Hi,I'm an agent serving landlord to rent a unit for 3.3k.Tenant hv agent too.So we co broke.Since it's 3.3k,I've to share my com.During the handling of occupiers documents to stay in this rented unit,tenant agent happened to be one of the occupier.This was not informed earlier till last minute when the TA & documents were done.
Question is:(a)Is this a conflict of interest of being an agent & occupier?
(b) Is she entitled to the co broke commission? (c) If she is taking the commission,isn't it technically it's the landlord paying her & she supposed to be for landlord favour or tenant favour?
and since she is taking the commission too but she act like a tenant asking for this & that.Please anyone can adv on this situation? Txs
