Hi. I am available in Singapore from 30 June Morning to 5 July evening. I have two properties(condos) and need to rent them out

2) Rosewood ( D 25), High floor, 3 Bedroom, 1173 Sq ft,
Expecting rent S$ 3000 (Negotiable) / Also for Sale, expecting Sgd 1,000,000.
Can any agent help me close the deal in this one week I am in Singapore. Please help me
