Home owner in Pine Grove, looking to sell a unit, but am unsure as en-bloc attempt seems to be in motion again. Any advice on potential of en-bloc in the near short term? Should I wait and see or best I sell now while market is on the rise?

Hi Gabriel,

For enbloc attempts, potential developers will express their interest via letters to owners or thru the management committee for Pine Grove. You might want to speak to them or your neighbours to get a clearer picture or understanding.

As no one can forsee for the enbloc potential, it really voice down to individual. Perhaps you can give a thought on the push and pull factors for selling? e.g. upgrading to a new place? bigger place? or nearer to children's school. what about alternatives? Get another place to stay and rent out Pine Grove?
