how come i notice my listing is always at a lower ranking than another agent even i have more photo , also have live tour , video and also repost shorter period than the other agent?
We are marketing the same unit so i am very concern why her listing is always on the higher rank than me?

Property listings can be classified into:
1) Turbo Listing
2) Boost Listing
3) Normal Listing

You need not have more photos in order to be in front of your competitor, you just need to fulfill the minimal media requirements to be 100% quality listing. Should your competitor be spending on Turbo listing while you are on Normal listing, you will always be below your competitor in terms of appearance. If you are only measuring results from PropertyGuru postings, then you will need to look into spending more funds to post and repost the listing. This can be quite financially draining.
