If you dont have 4 O level passes, you need to take wpln level 5, NTUC LearningHub also conducts, which is equivalent to GCE 4 Os and you can sign up RES courses. Recently I recruited a new arrival who had wpln level 5, sat for August RES exams and passed. Once you passed your res exams, I welcome you to join me in Propnex.
