Is it true that agents doing HDB lease serving LL will not want to deal with another agent with tenant? If the agent has a ready tenant why will LL agents not wanna work with them? It only make sense to me if the LL agent's intent to draw comm from the tenant or intro his fellow agent to represent the tenant. Is this the case? Experts out there please help.
Also many of the LL agents always advertise "share tenant commission". Isn't that against the new CEA ruling of taking comm from both the LL and tenant side?
