How do I report a fraud on Propertyguru? There is an apartment which is being advertised as a complete unit, but according to the owner is just one room. The owner insists on this once the tenant has moved in, and refuses to sign the lease even though the deposit is paid. The apartment is being advertised again. I think this is a continuous scam.
