Dear sir/mdm,

I am assuming that you are selling the property. The cash proceeds will usually be handed to you or your lawyer on the completion itself, and is in the form of cashier's order. So you can bank in the cashier's order immediately to your bank account, and the funds should be in your account in about 2 days after you bank in the cashier's order.

For CPF monies to be refunded into your account, it may take up to 2-3 weeks for the funds to be refunded.

I assume you are the property seller for this scenario.

You will receive sales proceeds in the form of cashier order on completion date. Bank clearance will take 1 to 2 working days.

As for refunded CPF, you should be able to receive them within 2 weeks from completion.

On the completion date, you will receive the cash proceeds in the form of a cashier's order. Once deposited, it typically takes 1-2 days to clear. The CPF refund, however, may take 1-2 weeks to be credited back to your account. Hope this helps!

Hi,

1) I assume you are referring to situation after selling completion.
2) Seller will only handover keys on the completion date. This is day the seller will received cashier order amount equal to after deduction of legal fees and agent's fees if there is cash proceeds in the sales.
3) CPF funds return from the sales, officially will be within 21 working days according to the CPF.
4) In reality, it can be expedite up to 5~14 days.
5) The above is applicable to HDB and private sales.
